3 More Days

Only 3 more days until my next weigh in / measurement taking. I am starting to get anxious I have been doing really well keeping up the exercise regime and counting calories- along with making better choices (not perfect) but certainly much better.

I have 7 weeks left until I have to put on the most beautiful dress EVER!!
My first fitting I want to get as close to my goal as possible- it would be pretty hard to not be able to do up my dress! I'd rather be in maintenance mode but I just don't know yet. I should have about 1 1/2 weeks until my dress arrives.

My mom had bought a gorgeous pant suit to wear for the wedding but as she had really wanted a red dress we went out shopping last night and she bought a dress. She has been walking at least 2 miles almost daily and focusing on eating well. Her dress was a bit tight- in that it didn't sit right in a few spots but it was fairly close. I believe if she keeps it up she won't even need to let the dress out. I'm so excited for her it would make her really happy if her dress fit nicely.

My fiancé and I are officially moving in with my parents tomorrow so we will be motivating eachother to make sure our dresses fit.

Hmmmm

Well yet again, I'm running into the same issue as before with measurements.
My measurements are all over the board the first week I took as a benchmark the next week the measurements improved and this week I was back to where I started so something isn't consistent.

As of next week my fiancé and I will be living at my parents house so I will be able to weight myself consistently in the mornings (as you are supposed to)
I may enlist his help with taking measurements...I've decided it's best to wait until next Monday at least this way there will have been 3 weeks from the initial measurements were taken. Maybe every week is just too much!

Week #2 Complete

Okay so I have been really good with keeping my fitday account current as well as accurate. I am constantly adding new "custom" foods that I eat based on the nutrition panels.

This Past Week
In the past 7 days I have been able to maintain a calorie deficit for 6/7 days. Yesterday which was Sunday I was unable to maintain a calories deficit and had a calorie overage of 73 calories.
Week #2 Deficit= 2594 (an increase in deficit of 788 calories over week #1)

I completed 5/7 workouts, resting on Friday and Sunday.

I am anxious to get weighed in and measured tonight mainly because I am hopeful as my number counting is working from my side I want to see results in my measurements.

I realize it's very difficult to see the results I want as I was taking measurements every 3 weeks and with the time crunch I am measuring weekly.

I need to know where I stand, what's working, what isn't and be able to analyze and re-assess if needed in a shorter period of time.

Fitday

I absolutely LOVE this website, it is amazing!
It allows you to track your food, activities, weight, and measurements. Not to mention the myraid of reports available to use and it's free!!!
They do offer a premium membership with a few extras but for my needs it is not necesary. I highly reccomend this site!
Granted- you have to be organized and motivated to log everything!

I became lax with eating well and exercising. Over the holidays I gained about 6 lbs which is crazy!!

My wedding gown will be arriving the last week of January/first week of February so I should be good.
