On Track and Loving It

UPDATE
I am back on track from that 3 day overage and I have been working out extra hard to make up for it. In three days of working out I have reversed the defecit that I made last weekend and I'm quite proud of myself for doing it and in record time!! In the 3 days I had an overage of 2240 calories and in three days of workouts and eating well I have made it up. So, we're back on track and moving forward.

I believe I can start to see a difference in my jeans and I'm getting really excited about it. It is helping to make me more motivated. I am finally starting to feel good and confident about the way I look- like I always used to but has been missing for the last year+.


STRENGTH TRAINING
Yes, if you're wondering I did begin incorporating this key component in my workouts this week. In fact I started on Wednesday but I was less than thrilled with the routine that I pulled off the internet but last night I signed up for and tried fitnessmagazine.com- I love it! They have this build your own workout section. You check off what areas of your body you want to target with this workout, select which pieces of equipment you own, select the time you want to spend on the workout and voila! It puts together a string of video instructions for you!
I was so pleased with this and the website was free to join- #1 in my books.

It's finding something that you like, you may like something else. This works for me.
