I haven't been doing so well since we returned from vacation. I did restart the workouts again last night and was also able to incorporate some strength training as I have use of the laptop while my boyfriend is out of town on business. My computer still does not have internet and we can't figure it out! I'm good for the next week and a half though.
I kept "cheating" with my food plan and that has to stop, it became a habit!
