Junk Food

Well, the snack bars and chips have been removed from the kitchen cupboards and out of my reach. Goal #1 accomplished, problem now-- sweets brought into work!! nooo!!!!!
I haven't been paying attention to what I've been eating since I started this blog so I really have to stay on track, + I have been exercising as the renovations resulted in the power to my treadmill being turned off and I have focused my attentions elsewhere. Enough is enough! It's time to get focused and back on track. (I wish I hadn't eaten that piece of cake at lunch) :o(
