Things are still going very well. I have started occassional low-impact workouts since my surgery.
My eating habits are still much improved I've cut out late night binge sessions and I'm eating more appropriate portion sizes. I can see a bit of a difference...or so I think. :o)
I plan to focus more on this blog starting next week once I get the all okay from the doctor that normal activity is a go.
