I haven't written in awhile, things have been a little out of whack.
I had an elective surgery about 2 weeks ago so still recuperating. Almost back to 100% at this point, started slow mini workouts on the treadmill that involve 20minutes walking starting at 2.5mph -and reaching 3.2mph.
Following the surgery so far I have had an easier time controlling what I've been eating. That and probably the combination that Michael doesn't get home until 7:45pm I'm not over at his apartment snacking. In fact the snacking at night has stopped.
I now weigh 96.6lbs, not completely happy about that as it may be some muscle loss from the lack of workouts. It's certainly better than gaining at this point and as it has put me back in my healthy weight range it is a better place to restart this program from.
Healthy weight range for my sex, height, age, and frame is 90-99lbs.
