I have decided to recommit myself and see how that goes.
On a good note I have been able to significantly cut down on deserts. I don't eat desert per se, I will occassionally have something sweet but I have broken the desert habit which I expect in the long term will be huge.
I have to come to terms with the fact that the changes I make will not produce immediate results, long-term is the key. Which is difficult as we all want results immediately. I have still managed to maintain a weight within my healthy range: fluctuating in the high 90's, I was over 100 a month ago which being so little was above my healthy weight range.
My pants may be fitting slightly better- not quite comfortable yet, but better.
I am determined to find my measuring tape so I can really track progress.
