Back on Track

Things are finally back on track and going well again. The only issue is my strength training has been put off for the past two days. Why? I have lost the internet on my computer- I use a website to custom build my strength training regime. I tried fixing it last night and got the instructions from microsoft except they take a little bit too much for granted- it's step by step but they don't tell you where to find the first part so I can't get to step 1!!!!
I'm going to call my brother tonight and see if he can get anywhere with it. I should be good as long as I can work it in before Saturday. I'd like to do training every 3 days but in extenuating circumstances once a week will suffice. There are two other computers in the house but they are in bedrooms- no room to workout.

I've started watching the Biggest Loser Australia- I love those shows and they help keep me motivated- not that my struggle is anywhere near theirs it's just nice to see people struggle and come out winners.
