It's also imperative for any plan or program to have a goal or goals set out for yourself. For myself:
1. I want to be happy with the way I look in a bikini, my ideal self in a bikini is slim while still maintaining my womanly curves- none of this grosse underweight celebrity 12 year old boy stick thin crap!
2. I have old jeans I want to fit into, as well as a smoking hot red dress that is made out of a fabric that doesn't allow you to hide an inch, you can see the line from your thong- it's completely unforgiving and I have rocked it before- so it is completely possible.
3. Once I have accomplished these I have picked out my dream wedding dress and I want to try it on and perhaps buy it!! (we're not engaged yet, but anytime now) It is also a completely clingy fabric that leaves no room to hide an inch either. Similar to the red dress. I am so in love with the dress- my mom loves it too. I can't wait to try it on but I'm waiting until I will be happy with the way it looks, I don't want to go now and be upset or disappointed. When I started this blog I was all over the map compared to their size charts and would have needed to get a size 6 to fit a 25" waist (yes the sizing is for extremely small women). Now I am on the verge of fitting into a size 0, if I can lose .5" off my waist.
It's so disconcerting to know that I weigh so little, have tiny measurements and I have this weird flab on my tummy- I wouldn't mind so much but I have this weird line on my belly button where I don't gain weight so even when I'm quite small I have two tummy rolls above and below my navel. It's so annoying if it was evened out I'd probably have met my goal already. I don't need to get to a flat stomach I don't think that will even happen- but if I can minimize the rolls into a small and cute little ponch on the bottom and mostly get rid of the top roll flab I'd be happy.
Even years ago at my fittest I had a tiny lower tummy bulge- minimal and I thought it was cute
You don't need to be perfect!
