Well, I am pleased to say that I didn't even need to have a conversation about the cookies last night when I arrived at the apartment they were all gone and the bag was in the trash!!! YAY!!
No temptation and overeating for me last night.
As far as all the extra calories from the weekend, the temptation resulting in over eating I have finally reached a calorie deficit again. It is so not worth it to overeat for three days and then it takes another 2 or so days to make up for it. You only end up with 1-2 days of progress!!
I need to have a better plan for this weekend. If I can keep it up until I reach my goal- more fit and visual than anything- then I can increase my caloric intake slightly and ease off on a few days of exercises to maintain my goal. So, it's all about how fast or long it takes me to reach my goal. If it takes me longer, I'll still get there but I'll be trying to maintain a more strict lifestyle. If I can just stick to this program I've laid out- I can be at my goal sooner and switch to a much easier maintenance schedule. Now when I say easier- it's only relative to what I'm doing now. If it was EASY, I wouldn't need to be doing what I am now.
