Strong

Things are still going phenomenally well. Looking at the charts I'm averaging a 500calorie deficit daily which means about a pound a week. Who knows what the scale will actually reflect as I have incorporated weight training which I'm expecting to see increased muscle mass and weight.

I decided to pull out an old pair of dress pants last night and try them on. Funny enough I found two pairs! One pair I don't think I have ever worn- I tried them on they are slightly uncomfortable but wearable so I'm wearing them today. The other pair are a size even smaller so we're not quite there yet.

Progress is definitely being made- when I look at my thin clothes (hahaha- I'm still thin, just not nearly as 'firm' and defined as I once was), they are freaking tiny!!

I fit in anything from a size 00 - 1 depending on the manufacturer. It's funny that I can fit into a pair of shorts I just bought that are a double zero, but I can't get into my size 1 dress pants?!?
