What Do I Eat on an Average Day?

During the work week I mostly the same thing daily, here is my routine:
7:30- chocolate vector bar (230 calories)
10:30- yogurt (40 calories)
12:30- salad w/egg, ham slice, dressing and a fruit (120 + 95 calories)
2:30- soy milk (70 calories)

Dinner is more selective, some favourites are:
-whole wheat pasta with 1tsp. butter, various spices, finely grated cheese, pea, carrots, broccoli or whatever vegetables I can find, sometimes I have the pasta with President Choice brand roasted garlic sauce-- The best sauce ever you don't have to add anything and it's phenomenal only 70 calories for 1/2 cup - I do add some cayenne and red pepper flakes for extra spiciness!
-homemade hamburger- I mix ground beef with various spices, 1/2 whole wheat hamburger bun, mustard and relish
-chicken, brown rice, spices, vegetables
-sole fillet, sweet potato fries (made in toaster oven- NOT FRIED), vegetables
-steak or chicken stir fry

Most of the dinners I prepare with the combination of my daily meals does not reach the needed 1200 calories minimum so I eat various snacks until I reach that calorie level, some snacks include:

Afternoon/Evening Snacks:
-24 almonds
-fruit
-vegetables
-skim / non-fat milk
-ham slices
-100% fruit juice (i drink Sunrype brand)
-100% fruit and vegetables bars (Sunrype brand)
-**that's not to say that I haven't snuck in such things as chocolate or other but I always ensure that I do not go over what I have set out for my daily limits. Even if that means half a chocolate bar.
